This page describes how the FreeInvoiceTools application handles invoice information. It does not make guarantees about your browser, device or hosting-provider settings.

Invoice details and logos

The Invoice Generator keeps the details you enter in the current tab’s memory. Its code does not send invoice fields or selected logos to a server or save them in cookies, local storage or a database. Logos are processed locally, and PDF generation uses bundled application files and fonts.

Downloads and leaving the page

Clearing the form or leaving or reloading the page loses the application’s draft. Downloaded PDFs and printed copies remain wherever you save or print them. Browser autofill, page restoration, extensions and device backups may handle information independently of this application. Protect saved files that contain customer or payment details.

Website requests and hosting

Opening the website makes requests for pages and application assets. The hosting provider necessarily receives connection information, such as an IP address and the requested URL. The application source includes no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting logs, retention, access and any dashboard-enabled services have not been confirmed here; this page does not claim that hosting collects no data.
